For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You“, “Your” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. KUNAL RAWAL VIBE PRIVATE LIMITED (KRVPL) allows User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term “we“, “us“, “our” shall mean KRVPL or or all. Replacement Policy​ 

We want you to be completely satisfied when you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement, but no refund will be issued under any condition and circumstances unless as provided under this policy. We will assure that you get better product and service for your replacement. Please be informed that we will not accept any replacement without prior notification of the return and proof of purchase such as a valid receipt.

We would like to inform that we provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects highlighted to us within warranty period as per company policy. However, no cash refund is allowed once the article is purchased. 

So how do I seek a replacement of the damaged product?

  • For your convenience, the Replacement Form includes a Replacement Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via BlueDart or FedEx or insured parcel post.
  • If you no longer have your Replacement Form and cannot print a new one, please Contact Us via email or call us on 91-9769647696

If the order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

However, does not give benefit of doubt to their customers. While choosing the items that you wish to purchase, you need to be sure as no replacement shall be provided if you change your mind in relation to the item that you have bought. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. However, if “non-faulty” purchases are cancelled before the goods are dispatched a full refund will be given.

If has within three (03) working days from the delivery/receipt of the product authorized for a replacement of a product bought from, the customer has 7 business days in which he can seek Replacement. A Replacement Number will be provided by which shall depend on the damage or fault. Upon receiving this number, the customer must return the product(s) for replacement within 7 days. We will not provide any refund, store credit or replacement and if to be provided it shall be solely at the discretion of kunalrawal until the faulty or damaged product or products are received for evaluation by kunalrawal

If has authorized for a replacement of a product, then buyer (the customer) must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage.  This must be accompanied with the purchase receipt. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the replacement.  The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when replacing the product/products.

If has authorized for a replacement of a product, the product or products must be in the same condition in which you received them and the product or products must be unopened and not used.

NOTE: When the replaced item has been received by the product/products will be assessed and you will be notified of the next steps.
